We offer the following ship methods: 

FIRST CLASS (3-7 days) upon receipt of order and confirmed payment. Please read below for turnaround times.

Priority shipping (2-3 days) is available and offers $50 insurance for items lost in the mail. First class shipping does not offer any insurance. If lost you must open a case with USPS and send me a copy of the case number. 

Express/Overnight shipping (1-2 days) is our fastest shipping option and also offers $50 insurance for items lost in the mail. If lost you must open a case with USPS and send me a copy of the case number.

International shipping times vary based on location and cannot be tracked once it leaves the US. Running Couture offers no refunds for items lost in the mail.

International Priority Shipping is available and recommended.

TURN AROUND TIME:

OFF SEASON 5 business days (March-August)

ON SEASON 7-10 business days (Sept- February)

During marathon/high volume season) turnaround time is 7-14 BUSINESS days. ON season (1 1/2 Month prior to marathons, Halloween, Christmas, and /or sales) is 7+ business days to have your order created and shipped. ALL orders once shipped, it takes an ADDITIONAL 1-5 BUSINESS DAYS to be delivered, and could take up to 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS if there are delays with USPS being close due to a holidays, weather or things of that nature!

If you need your order BEFORE the normal OFF SEASON 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS that it takes to create, please contact me ASAP and let me know. Orders can usually be shipped out sooner if needed (sometime upgrading to priority or express shipping is needed as well), just be sure to let me know. Please make sure you order well in advance giving yourself plenty of time before your event(s).

 

If you are close to a run date and are in a rush to receive your order by a specific date it is suggested that you choose Priority Shipping during checkout.
